Julien DrayCEO & FOUNDER
Julien spent over 15 years working at large-scale IT solutions firms and as an IT consultant across many industries. Among some of his notable achievements, he helped Christian Louboutin open his flagship stores in Manhattan and LA and supported Singularity 6 as they launched their multiplayer online community sim videogame on PC and Switch. He’s worked in cybersecurity with huge international corporations and with small CPA, design, and engineering firms to give hands on computer set up and troubleshooting support – he’ll still even connect a printer in the office from time to time! He’s most passionate about bringing ease and affordability to small businesses. Oh, and he's French!
Marine CoulmeauDirector Of Business Development
Marine brings over 10 years of experience in management and consulting, with a Master’s degree in Marketing from a top French business school. Having led several digital projects earlier in her career, she values technology as a powerful enabler for business performance. As Director of Business Development at ITVD, Marine focuses on building authentic partnerships by deeply understanding prospects’ needs and identifying solutions that drive sustainable growth. Passionate about helping businesses and people grow, she brings both strategic insight and genuine curiosity to every collaboration.
Arun StorrsDirector of Operations
Arun has served in administrative leadership positions in domestic and international grassroots and large-scale non-profits for over 15 years. She graduated from Yale University with a degree in Theater Studies and Ethnicity, Race, and Migration. She's had many a side hustle throughout the years and finds joy in helping small businesses access IT solutions that are reliable, user-friendly, and don't break the bank. She's especially passionate about industries that involve the arts, social justice, and food & beverage.
Magali MessinaHuman Resources Partner
Magali holds an MBA in HR and brings 15+ years of experience leading HR operations across Europe. She has supported global firms and investment groups like Bain Capital.Her strategic partnership with ITVD strengthens our ability to deliver tailored HR solutions that help clients scale effectively.
Magali has traveled to many countries around the world, speaks 3 languages fluently, and has always been passionate about building connections across cultures, making her agile in multicultural environments.
Patrick TimotheoIT Support Specialist
Patrick combines customer focus with strong technical expertise at IT Virtual Department. With hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and endpoint management, they keep clients’ systems running efficiently. Based in Portugal and fluent in French, English, and Portuguese—with Spanish in progress—Patrick bridges communication across teams and time zones. Their background in teaching and theater enhances their ability to simplify complex issues and connect with people. Passionate about technology and emerging AI, Patrick strives to optimize operations and user experience. Outside of work, they’re a cinema enthusiast and great conversationalist over coffee. 
Chris PenaIT Support Engineer
Chris has a strong background in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and cloud administration and expertise in antivirus administration, adherence to cybersecurity frameworks, and Microsoft technologies. He is dedicated to enforcing IT security policies, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance to protect company data and infrastructure. His favorite food is cheeseburgers, and his favorite novel is Dan Brown’s Angels and Demons.
